Bakery, Inc. is pleased to announce its' gluten free line of baked goods will
now be featured in the Chicago, IL based specialty grocer, Treasure Island
Foods.
As of November 12,
2008, Treasure Island Foods (www.tifoods.com)
bakery departments will be showcasing several of Apple's Bakery Gluten Free
Kitchen's cookies including: chocolate chip no nut, white chocolate cranberry,
lemon drop, old fashion molasses, and chocolate cherry ranch at all seven of

As a Make Mine a
Million award recipient, I was looking at ways to differentiate my business from
other traditional bakeries while maintaining our standard of excellence. I
believe this to be the right time for our business to grow. Requests for gluten
free products from a growing number of clients with food intolerances became a
daily occurrence. Our number one responsibility for 20 years has been taking
care of people and our response was to develop a gluten free line of baked goods
that anyone can enjoy. The product line has been rapidly growing and we are
